Tender Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken 15 Ounce
  Canned chicken gumbo soup 15 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, sift flour with salt, mustard, and garlic powder.
2) Cover the chops in the flour mixture.
3) In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides and place it inside the slow cooker.
4) Drain away the collecting liquid.
5) Add a little soup to skillet and using a ladle loosen brown bits from pan. Pour it over the chops.
6) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

SERVING
7) Serve hot over buns, pasta, rice, or potatoes.
