Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Celery sticks 3 , chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , diced
  Canned chopped tomatoes 14 Ounce (400 Gram, 1 Can)
  Mixed herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Pork chops 4
  Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Turn the oven to Oven 375°F/190°C/Gas 5

MAKING
2. In a pan, heat oila dn butter and fry onions and celery till soft; add cucumber, tomatoes, herbs, sugar and seaosning to it
3. Allow to come to a boil and add to a shallow ovenproof dish
4. Lay the chops on top of it and cook for fifty minutes till the chops are tender

SERVING
5. Garnish with parsley and serve
