Sesame Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider/White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Red pepper flakes To Taste, crushed
  Country style pork ribs 5 Pound
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker put the onions.
2) In a large bowl mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
3) Stir in the ribs to coat.
4) Arrange on top of onions in slow cooker.
5) Pour the sauce over meat.
6) Cook covered on Low for 5-6 hours.

SERVING
7) Arrange ribs on serving platter.
8) Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
9) Serve sauce on the side.
