Ingredients
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lean pork roast 3 Pound (Shoulder)
Directions

Place roast on rack in drip pan.
Blend remaining ingredients and spread on meat.
Roast 45 to 50 minutes per pound at 275°F.
Meat will be crisp outside but tender and juicy inside.
