Cranberry Pork Roast

|Ground cranberries/Finely chopped cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), or finely chopped|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a well greased slow cooker, strategically place the pork roast after applying salt and pepper.
2) In a bowl, mix cranberries, honey, orange peel, cloves, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour it over the slow cooker.
3) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 8 to10 hours.
4) Serve hot over buns, pasta, rice, or potatoes.
