Pork Chops with Apples
|Canned dry pack sweet potatoes||2 Pound, sliced (Two 1 Pound Cans)|
|Canned sliced apples||2 Pound (Two 1 Pound Cans)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Pork loin chops||8|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, place the sweet potatoes and apple, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
2) In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar and ginger together, then pour over the sweet potatoes and apples.
3) Then place the pork chops and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 ) Pour in the water, cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
