Microwaved Pork Chop Casserole
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dried parsley||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides..
2) In to a slow cooker, place the browned chops.
3) In a small bowl, mix water, rice, mushroom soup, parsley, salt and pepper.
4) Close the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
5) Serve hot.
