Pork Chop Barbecue

Ingredients
  Pork chops 8 , trimmed of fat (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), Defrosted
Directions

MAKING
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste and add it to a baking dish
2. Bake, with the lid on, in an oven preheated to 350°F for three quarters of an hour and pour away its fat
3. Combine all the other ingredients and pour them over the chops; cook fro another half an hour

SERVING
4. Serve as per your tastes
