Tomato Rice Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Lean pork chops 6 , trimmed of fat (1 Inch Thick)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion slices 6 (1 Inch Thick)
  Rice 6 Tablespoon (Uncooked)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
Directions

MAKING
1. Season the chops with salt and pepper and add to a baking dish; bake in an oven preheated to 450°F for twenty minutes till just brown
2. Drain away the fat and place a sslice ononion and a tablespoon fo uncooked rice on top of each chop
3. Pour tomatoes and juice all over, add more salt and pepper and bake for another hour at 350°F with the lid on

4. Serve as per your tastes
