Mushroom Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium
  Onion 1 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Double center cut loin pork chops 3 Pound (6 Pcs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop mushrooms, green pepper, and onion.
Saute in butter in skillet for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Add salt and pepper.
Make a slit in pork chops almost to the bone.
Sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper.
Fill chops with mushroom mixture.
Put in flat baking dish or roasting pan and add 1/2 cup water.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
Serve garnished with pars ley.
