Tofu And Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Fried tofu 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Fresh ginger slice 4 , julienned
  Mushrooms/Dried chinese mushrooms, soaked 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (Use A Handful)
  Hot red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch/Arrowroot 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the tofu into large cubes.
2. In a frypan heat the oil and saute the ginger.
3. Put in the ground pork and stir for 3 minutes, until starting to brown.
4. Stir in the green onions, mushrooms, pepper and hot pepper.
5. In a small bowl combine the cornstarch with the vinegar and stir into the mixture.

SERVING
6. Cook for another minute and serve immediately.
