Cranberry Pork Roast
|Boneless pork roast/Loin||4 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Ground cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), or finely chopped|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Freshly grated nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) Season the roast with the salt and pepper; place in a slow cooker.
2) In a small bowl, add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over roast; cook covered on LOW for about 8-10 hours or until the roast is tender.
3) Slice and serve immediately on a nice dish.
