Island Pork

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 , sliced crosswise
  Chopped pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon (1 Heaped Teaspoon)
  Coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rum 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro/Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and place it over high heat.
2) Add Dijon mustard, pineapple and rum to it after browning the pork.
3) Season with salt and pepper after stirring in the coconut milk.

SERVING
4) Garnish with cilantro or chopped parsley.
5) Serve hot.
