Party Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 8 (1 1/2 Inches Thick)
  All-purpose flour 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped walnuts/Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Season pork chops to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika; dredge with flour.
Brown quickly in a small amount of butter.
Place chops in shallow baking pan and pour evaporated milk over.
Bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for 1 hour.
Add mushrooms and the mushroom soup, and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with walnuts which have been browned lightly in butter and with minced parsley.
