Broiled Pork Steaks With Walnut Marinade

Ingredients
  Boned pork steaks 1020 Gram (6 Pieces, 170 Gram Each)
  Dijon mustard 10 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Salt 1 Milliliter
  Cracked black pepper 1 Milliliter
  Walnut oil 10 Milliliter
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter
Directions

Place the steaks in a shallow baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the steaks and marinate covered and refrigerated for 8 hours.
Broil the steaks over medium heat on a charbroiler for 10-15 minutes, brushing frequently with the marinade.
Serve at once with one final brushing of the marinade.
