Broiled Pork Steaks With Walnut Marinade
|Boned pork steaks||1020 Gram (6 Pieces, 170 Gram Each)|
|Dijon mustard||10 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter|
|Cracked black pepper||1 Milliliter|
|Walnut oil||10 Milliliter|
|Olive oil||60 Milliliter|
Place the steaks in a shallow baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the steaks and marinate covered and refrigerated for 8 hours.
Broil the steaks over medium heat on a charbroiler for 10-15 minutes, brushing frequently with the marinade.
Serve at once with one final brushing of the marinade.
