Sauerkraut And Pork Chops
|Sauerkraut||1 Can (10 oz)|
Simmer kraut for about 2 hours.
Brown pork chops in skillet.
Remove chops, and pour kraut into skillet, stirring into browned grease.
Return chops to top of kraut; steam together for 30 minutes. (We like mashed potatoes with this.)
