Barbecued Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Whole pork tenderloins 2
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Score each of the tenderloins lengthwise first and then as crosswise to make 8 pieces.

MAKING
2. Take a skillet, add butter and melt it.
3. Roll meat slices on flour, add to butter and allow to turn brown.
4. Mix all the ingredients and top the meat.
5. Simmer, covering, on low heat for 2 hours.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
