Smoked Pork Loin With Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Centre cut smoked pork loin 900 Gram (1 Loin)
  Orange juice 250 Milliliter
  Hungarian plum brandy 60 Milliliter
  Plum jam 250 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 1 Milliliter
  Cornstarch 5 Milliliter
  Cold water 30 Milliliter
Directions

Cut the loin into six even pieces.
Place in a casserole dish.
In a sauce pan combine the orange juice, brandy, jam and ginger.
Bring to a boil.
Blend the cornstarch with the water, pour into the sauce, once the sauce returns to a boil remove from the heat.
Pour over the pork, cover and bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve.
