|Pork tenderloin||2 Pound, cut in 1-inch thick medallions|
|Pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
Place pork medallions in dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
Cook on medium grill, basting frequently with marinade.
You can cook meat ahead; put back in marinade, cover, and hold in oven on warm until ready to serve.
