Pork And Rice A L'Orange

Ingredients
  Minute rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 2 (3/4 To 1 Inch Thick)
Directions

Combine rice, orange juice, raisins, water, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Place chops on top of rice mixture.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
