Lemonade Pork Chops

  Lemonade concentrate 180 Milliliter
  Catsup 60 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 45 Milliliter
  White vinegar 45 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 1 Milliliter
  Soy sauce 5 Milliliter
  Paprika 1 Milliliter
  Chili powder 1 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 1 Milliliter
  Thyme 1 Milliliter
  Basil 1 Milliliter
  Oregano 1 Milliliter
  Salt 1 Milliliter
  Pepper 1 Milliliter
  Pork chops 1 Kilogram
  Flour 125 Milliliter
  Safflower oil 60 Milliliter
Directions

In a mixing bowl combine the concentrate, catsup, sugar, vinegar, ginger, soya and seasonings.
Dredge the chops in the flour.
Heat the oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the chops.
Drain any excess oil.
Pour the sauce over the chops, cook over low heat 35-40 minutes covered.
Serve with Hickory Smoked 'Taters.
