Spiced Pork Spareribs
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Pork spareribs||3 Pound|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce/Tomato puree||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and rub some mixture into the ribs and keep aside.
2) In the rest of the mixture, add the vinegar and tomato sauce; mix and use for basting.
3) Place the spareribs on a grill over a slow fire, frequently baste with the sauce.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
