Paprika Pork Chops

  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops 4
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 5 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)

Prepare the vegetables and cut into fine strips.
Mix the flour with the seasonings and coat each chop in the seasoned flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chops on a moderate heat for 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
Remove and keep warm.
Add the cream to the fat in the pan, then the vegetable strips, pour on 1/2 cup water and simmer for 5 minutes, but do not allow to boil.
Arrange the chops on a serving dish and spoon over the vegetables and cream sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve with a salad.
