Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Nick the fat on the chops.
Grease the broiler rack.
Put the chops on the rack and brush them with the glaze.
Broil, basting frequently, for about 10 minutes.
Turn the chops, brush with the glaze and broil, basting occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the chops are cooked.
Serve immediately, garnished with the orange slices.
