Pizza Pork Chops
|Double rib pork chops||6 (1 1/4 Inches Thick)|
|Speedy stuffing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Pizza sauce||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can / 1 Cup)|
|Sharp process cheese slice||3 , halved diagonally|
Have pocket cut on bone side of each chop.
Trim off excess fat.
Fill pockets with Stuffing.
Season chops; place in shallow baker.
Pour sauces over chops.
Cover baker tightly with foil.
Bake till done—no pink.
Top with the cheese.
Speedy Stuffing: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano and 1/4 cup chopped onion with 1 cup packaged herb-seasoned stuffing; prepare stuffing according to label directions, but using only 1/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Fill pork chops.
