Granny Smith's Pork

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Granny smith apples 4 , sliced into 1/2 inch wedges (cored)
  Dry white wine/1 cup chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add pork and brown on all sides. Add apple slices, sauté 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup wine, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Mix remaining wine together with remaining ingredients, add to skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
