Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark rum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh chives/2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder/1 clove garlic, minced 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops 32 Ounce (3/4 Inch Thick Chops, 4 Chops Of 8 Ounce Each)
Directions

In 4-cup measure, combine all ingredients, except chops.
Mix well.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot, stirring once.
Cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
Arrange chops in 10-inch square casserole.
Pour marinade over chops.
Turn chops to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chops from marinade.
Arrange on roasting rack.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 15 to 19 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked, rearranging chops once or twice.
