Ground Pork

Ingredients
  Ground pork 5 Pound
  Tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Have the butcher grind the lean pork or put through a home grinder.
Brown the ground pork, stirring constantly, over high heat.
Combine the pork, juice and salt and pack into hot quart jars, leaving 1 inch head space.
Process for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
Canned ground pork may be used for stuffing vegetables or in combination with other ground meat for meat loaves.
