Pork Loin Roast
|Pork loin roast||1 (weighing approximately 4 pounds)|
|Onion powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
Wash and clean thoroughly the pork loin. Rub the pork loin with each of the ingredients for the marinade. Keep aside for half hour. Cover in an aluminium foil and roast for approximately an hour at 350 degrees. Before putting the pork inside, marinate the potatoes(cut into cubes) too with all ingredients and place on the sides of the dish. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and continue for another half hour or till the pork is nice and tender. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy a sumptuous meal.
