The directions for this recipe are very confusing. : Cover in an aluminium foil and roast for approximately an hour at 350 degrees. Before putting the pork inside, marinate the potatoes(cut into cubes) too with all ingredients and place on the sides of the dish?????????

How is that confusing? Before you put the pork in the oven, marinate the potatoes, which are cut into cubes, with all the ingredients of the marinade, place them on the side of the dish... Sounds pretty simple to me!
