Stuffed Fresh Pork Shoulder
|Soft bread crumbs||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Minced green pepper||4 Tablespoon|
|Minced onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned whole grain corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Boneless pork shoulder||8 Pound (1 Piece)|
Combine all ingredients but the pork, and use to stuff the shoulder.
(Boning it has left a pocket.) Tie up firmly with string and roast, as in Roast Stuffed Shoulder of Pork.
