Stuffed Fresh Pork Shoulder

Ingredients
  Soft bread crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Minced green pepper 4 Tablespoon
  Minced onions 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole grain corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Boneless pork shoulder 8 Pound (1 Piece)
Directions

Combine all ingredients but the pork, and use to stuff the shoulder.
(Boning it has left a pocket.) Tie up firmly with string and roast, as in Roast Stuffed Shoulder of Pork.
