Rosemary Pork Loin Roast

This pork loin roast is a great for a family reunion or when you want to serve your family something special for dinner. With not much preparation required this works well even with a busy schedule.
Ingredients
  Loin pork 5 Pound
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon (adjuat quantity as per taste)
  Fresh thyme/Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard paste 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all the ingredients (except the pork) in a mixing bowl. Pour over the pork and rub it all over. Keep in a baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Continue baking for approximately 3 hours. Take out , cut into pieces and serve.
