Rosemary Pork Loin Roast

|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon (adjuat quantity as per taste)|
|Fresh thyme/Dried thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mustard paste||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all the ingredients (except the pork) in a mixing bowl. Pour over the pork and rub it all over. Keep in a baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Continue baking for approximately 3 hours. Take out , cut into pieces and serve.
