Herbed Pork Loin Chops
|Boneless pork loin chops||1 Pound, cut 1 -inch thick (4 Pieces, Approximately 1 Pound)|
|Chopped fresh tarragon/Chopped fresh rosemary / 1 teaspoon leaf tarragon / rosemary, crumbled||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Cracked black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Place the chops in a shallow glass dish. Combine the tarragon or rosemary, oil, garlic and pepper in a small bowl. Brush the herb mixture evenly over both sides of the chops. Cover and marinate the chops for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the broiler.
3. Place the chops on a rack in a broiler pan so the surface of the meat is 4 to 5 inches from the heat.
4. Broil the chops, turning once, for 15 to 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 170° F. Season with salt, if you wish.
