Pepper Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||4|
|Ground black pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Glazed pineapple rings||2|
Sprinkle chops with black pepper on both sides and press in well with the heel of the hand.
Brush with butter and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Place on the grid over medium coals and cook for 18-20 minutes, until tender, turning often and brushing with butter.
