This amazing sweet and savory summer combination makes the most gorgeous summer main, using just a few ingredients. In the first part of the recipe, Chef John shows us how to caramelize the juicy peaches with aged balsamic vinegar which is used in a salad sitting next to sliced, roasted pork tenderloin.
