Pulled Pork

This pulled pork is a delicious dish that combines all the flavors and juices using a slow cooking technique. You can serve it with rice for a complete and tasty meal. It also makes for a great filling for your sandwiches, a burger or even your tortillas.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped / minced
  Chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato ketchup 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chilli sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon (use the oil of your choice)
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Apple cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pork shoulder 1 (boneless)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Take a skillet and add in the cooking oil. Now add the onions and garlic and sauté till the onions turn colour and become soft. Add in the black pepper, chilli powder, sugar, vinegar andtabasco sauce and also the worchestershire sauce. Stir well till all the ingredients are well-blended. Let boil. Add this sauce to the pork and cook for 5-6 hours on slow heat. The meat must come apart in a shredded form. Serve.
