Pork Loin Chops With Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
  Dried rubbed sage 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boneless center cut pork loin chops 16 Ounce (4 Chops, 4 Ounce Each, About 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Canola oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Granny smith apples 2
  Butter 1 Teaspoon, divided
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon, divided
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon, divided
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, divided
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon, divided
Directions

Combine sage, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper; sprinkle over the pork.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Remove pork from pan; cover and keep warm.

Peel and core apples; cut each apple crosswise into 6 slices.
Melt 1/2 teaspoon butter in pan over medium heat; add 6 apple slices, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon juice, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and dash of salt.
Cook 3 minutes or until browned.
Remove apple slices from pan; repeat procedure with remaining 6 apple slices, 1/4 teaspoon butter, 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon juice, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and dash of salt.
Serve apple slices with pork.
