Georgia Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Lean pork chops 4 Large
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Onion slices 4 (Thick Slices)
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Condensed mushroom soup 5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of 10 1/2 Ounce Can Size)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown pork chops on both sides in small amount of shortening.
Pour off shortening.
Top each chop with a slice of onion.
Mix peanut butter, mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
Pour over chops.
Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
