Pork Chops with Sausages
|Fresh pork sausage||4 Small, pierced on all sides with a fork|
|Fresh sage sprigs||1|
|Ripe tomato||1 Large, peeled, seeded and chopped|
Coat the pork chops lightly with the flour and fry them in the butter until browned on both sides, adding the sage to the frying pan.
Scatter the tomato on top of the chops, season with a little salt, cover the pan and reduce the heat.
Cook slowly for about 45 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add the sausages.
When the sausages and chops are done, serve each chop with a sausage and some of the cooking juices.
