Glazed Pork Chop
|Frozen apple juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon|
|Barbecue sauce||1 Tablespoon (Hot Style)|
|Pork loin chop||7 Ounce, trimmed of fat (1 3/4 Inch Thick)|
For glaze, in a small saucepan stir together apple juice concentrate and barbecue sauce.
Place chop on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Brush with some of the glaze.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 7 minutes.
Turn and brush again with glaze.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes more or till no pink remains.
Serve with any remaining glaze.
