Hoisin Ribs

Ingredients
  Pork side ribs 4 Pound
  Hoisin sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Marmalade/Liquid honey 1 Tablespoon
  Minced ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Minced green onions 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

Cut ribs into four serving-size portions; place in large heavy saucepan.
Pour in just enough water to cover ribs; bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer lor 45 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
In small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, marmalade, ginger, sesame oil and garlic.
Place ribs on greased grill over medium heat; cook, turning often and brushing with sauce, for 12 to 15 minutes or until well coated and browned.
