Smoked Pork Chop Dinner
|New potatoes||2 Ounce (3 Small Ones)|
|Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Smoked boneless pork chops||3 Ounce|
|Caraway seed||1 Dash|
Place margarine on 9-inch plate.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until melted, 30 to 40 seconds.
Pare a narrow strip around center of each potato.
Coat potatoes with margarine; place on plate with margarine.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave until hot, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Mix cabbage and margarine next to potatoes on plate.
Place pork chop on cabbage; sprinkle with caraway seed.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave until pork is done and potatoes are tender, 4 1/2 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
