Sweet And Sour Pork Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 3⁄4 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen farm fresh pepper stir fry vegetables 16 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet and sour sauce 14 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Cut pork into thin strips.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add pork; stir-fry until pork is browned.
Add vegetables and water; cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Uncover; stir in sweet and sour sauce and pineapple. Cook until heated through. Serve over rice, if desired.
