Sweet And Sour Pork Pepper Stir Fry
|Boneless pork||3⁄4 Pound|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen farm fresh pepper stir fry vegetables||16 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Sweet and sour sauce||14 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Cut pork into thin strips.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add pork; stir-fry until pork is browned.
Add vegetables and water; cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Uncover; stir in sweet and sour sauce and pineapple. Cook until heated through. Serve over rice, if desired.
