Pork Chops Rosado
|Center cut pork loin chops||4 (1-in. thick)|
|Onion||1 Large, cut in 1/4-in. slices|
|Lemon/Lime||1 Medium, cut in 1/8-in. slices|
|Ketchup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||8 Ounce (1 cup)|
In 12x8x2-in dish arrange pork chops with thickest meaty areas to edge and "tails" in center.
Place onion and lemon slices over top of chops.
Combine ketchup and sour cream.
Pour over top.
Cover dish with plastic wrap, turning back one corner to vent.
Microwave at Medium (5) 40 to 50 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 20 minutes, until pork chops are tender.
Let stand, covered about 5 minutes before serving.
