Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Minced garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange chops in a 12 x 8-inch dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over the chops.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 5 minutes.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
Repeat 2 more times, basting with sauce during rest times.
If need be, chops can be cooked 5 minutes more after the last standing time.
Turn the dish one-quarter turn after each rest period
