Sweet And Sour Sauccd Pork

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 3⁄4 Pound
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen pea pods 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen crinkle-cut carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peach pie filling/Pineapple pie filling 21 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Thinly bias-slice pork into bite-size strips.
Preheat a 10-inch microwave browning dish on 100% power (HIGH) 5 minutes.
Add oil, then swirl to coat dish.
Add pork.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) 2 to 4 minutes or till no longer pink.
Use a slotted spoon to remove pork from the browning dish, reserving juices in the dish.
Set pork aside.
Thaw pea pods and carrots.
In juices in the browning dish micro-cook vegetables, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) 4 to 5 minutes or till crisp-tender.
In a small bowl stir together pie filling, vinegar, soy sauce, and bouillon granules.
Stir pie filling mixture and pork into vegetables.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) 3 to 5 minutes or till heated through.
Serve over rice.
