Breaded Pork Chops Apple Rings

Ingredients
  Center cut pork loin chops 2 Pound (8 Thin Ones)
  All-purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), seasoned
  Egg 1
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Red apples 2 Large (Unpeeled)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dredge pork chops with flour.
Dip into egg beaten with water.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Fry in deep hot fat (375°F.on a frying thermometer) until golden-brown and done.
Meanwhile, core unpeeled apples.
Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Cook in butter in skillet until lightly browned and tender.
Arrange chops and apple rings on hot platter.
If gravy is desired, use a can of mushroom or celery soup thinned with a little milk and served piping hot.
