Cranberry Pork Bake

Ingredients
  Whole cranberry sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Canned sweet potatoes 17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped cooked pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine cranberry sauce and corn syrup in mixing bowl; set aside.
With electric mixer beat sweet potatoes with margarine or butter, brown sugar, salt, and ginger till well blended.
Stir in pork.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Spread with cranberry mixture; bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
