Pork with Garlic and Pepper

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed black peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Lean pork strips 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Baby bok choy 1 Pound, chopped (1 Bunch / 500 Grams, Chinese Greens)
  Fresh coriander leaves 4 Tablespoon
  Palm sugar/Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), sliced
Directions

1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a medium heat, add garlic and black peppercorns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until brown.
2. Add bok choy (Chinese greens), coriander, sugar, soy sauce and lime juice and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until pork and bok choy are tender.
