Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 10 Ounce, cut 1/2 inch thick
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

In 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2-inch ceramic baking dish combine the rice, orange juice, raisins, water, brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and the cinnamon.
Mix well.
Place chops atop rice mixture; sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Micro-cook, covered, till chops and rice are done, about 9 to 10 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 5 minutes.
