Peppered Pork Patties

Ingredients
  Pork mince 500 Gram
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1⁄2 , grated
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Whole black peppercorns 60 Gram, crushed
Directions

Combine mince, breadcrumbs, apple and onion, mix well.
Shape mixture into 6 patties, press both sides of patties in peppercorns.
Barbecue patties until cooked through.
